A: We service Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Eastern Connecticut.

Q: My printer is an older model and needs service. Should I repair or replace it?

A: That depends on several factors. What would be the cost to repair your printer? Do you like the machine? Is it shared by several users that would need to learn to use a new machine? Are there replacement supplies on hand for the existing machine? Also drivers would  need to be installed for a new replacement printer.

Q: If I decide to replace my printer, copier or plotter do you sell replacement equipment?

A: Yes. We maintain an inventory of new and refurbished equipment and if we don’t stock what you are looking for, we can usually find what you need from one of our vendors.

Q: Do you offer service or maintenance contracts?

A: Yes. We can customize a service and maintenance program tailored to your needs. We can provide regular cleaning, maintenance and parts replacement for all of your equipment. Several options are offered from basic cleaning and maintenance to all inclusive service which includes all parts and repairs as required.

Q: I contacted the manufacturer of my equipment to inquire about a repair and was told parts are no longer available. What options do I have?

A: Most original equipment manufacturers only provide new parts and support for a limited time. This is planned obsolescence. As new OEM parts become unavailable, we stock used and refurbished parts that can extend the life of your equipment while you prepare for eventual replacement.
