Some businesses are not simply 8 to 5 Monday through Friday. While we at J&J Printer and Plotter Service are an 8 to 5 business we recognize that other businesses operate outside of conventional hours and days. Unlike most other service companies, we can accommodate service requests that are outside of regular business hours.

Some of our customers that need this service include hospitals, hotels, nursing facilities, accountants during tax season and others. If you have to work nights, weekends and holidays, we can help if your equipment goes down after hours. This actually works to our advantage as during busy times, we can extend our hours/ days providing off-hours service which frees us up to accommodate our 8 to 5 customers.

Even if you already have a service provider or your equipment is under contract, most companies do not accommodate off-hours emergency service requests. Call us and we will accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis to get your equipment going. 

Another special service we offer is telephone support to assist our customers resolve minor problems that may not require a service call. There is no charge for this service and our objective is to provide this assistance to help get your equipment going and save money.
